Ietje “Echa” van StolkPhysiotherapist / Clinic owner Ietje graduated in Amsterdam in 1981. Her experience includes mission hospitals in Botswana and Africa, acute hospitals in Switzerland and private practice in Holland. She arrived in NZ in 1989 and started this clinic, Physical Sense. Since then she and her clinic have specialised in the treatment of OOS, chronic pain, headaches, TMJ, and stress management. Her treatment protocol was published by ACC and OSH in 1997. Over the years she has given many post graduate courses to physiotherapists in both NZ and Europe and she has given several presentations in NZ and Australia. She and her family, including 2 children, live in Lyttelton which they love for its views and easy access to the water for kayaking, sailing, water skiing and diving.
